California School of Culinary Arts
In 1994 the California School of Culinary Arts became one of the most recognized vocational culinary schools in the nation.
Located in the middle of Southern California the California School of Culinary Arts is geographically and culturally diverse so people from around the country can find a suitable home. The campus has its own fine dining restaurant, café, and a retail store. The library provides resources for students to expand there education not just in a hands on approach, but academically as well. The Campus also provides computers helping students to do their own research over the internet.
Also, there are 30 teaching labs designed for efficiency and comfort as well as 9 classrooms to accommodate all the students enrolled creating smaller class sizes so each student can receive as much attention as possible.
