Stratford University is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) (which is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education) to award associate, bachelor, and master's degrees. Stratford University has excellent graduation and placement rates. It has four academic departments offering different kinds of degrees. Several of the programs are also available online as most General Education courses. The School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality offers the following programs: Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Baking and Pastry Arts and Advanced Culinary Arts. The School of Computer Information Systems presents: Information Technology, Digital Design and Network Management and Security. The program of  the School of Business Administration offers Business Administration. The School of Allied Health features the program on Allied Health with a Concentration in Medical Assisting. In addition to its demanding courses, Stratford offers many non-credit workshops and courses in business, technology, and culinary arts.
